據東森財經新聞報導，端午節傳統除了紀念古人屈原之外，也是「極陽日」，各種蟲蛇開始肆虐，自古就有許多禁忌，所以也被稱為「五毒日」，家裡大門要掛艾草除毒氣、插菖浦驅除邪氣；祭拜的順序方面，早上拜神明、午時前拜祖先、下午3點則是拜地基主。

早上拜神明要準備半熟的3牲(雞、魚、豬)，搭配酒或水3杯(拜5牲則準備5杯），各類菜餚、水果、蒸熱的粽子，另外再準備壽金、刈金。

午時之前祭祖則要準備全熟的牲禮、當季水果、粽子、7杯酒或水，金紙方面則改為刈金、銀紙。

最後到了下午3點拜地基主，要留意從廚房往客廳的方向、前後門往家裡面的方向祭拜，準備物品為5道家常菜、2雙筷子、粽子、水果、酒水3杯、紅蠟燭1對，再加上刈金、銀紙。

不過端午節的祭祀可能因為不同地區、傳統而有不同的內容和方式，並沒有強制的規定，可以詢問家中長輩意見做參考。順利拜完神明、祖先和地基主，讓下半年財運也能旺旺來！

把握今天好天氣。中央氣象局說上今天應是最後一天穩定天氣，周一開始天氣轉變，周二起受到鋒面影響，全台有雨，影響到周三，到了周六預估又有新一道鋒面，民眾出門務必須攜帶雨具。氣象預報員陳建安說，今天天氣穩定，吹東南風和偏南風之間，溫度比較高；東半部高溫28到29度，西半部32到34度，僅山區附近及靠山區平地要注意午後雷陣雨。. } }); } 陳建安說，周一鋒面逐漸接近台灣，天氣開始轉變，大氣不穩定的狀況下，各地降雨機率提高，雲量增多，降雨一陣一陣，山區機率略高些，「是一個轉折過程」。他說，溫度不會下降過多，降雨一有空檔，陽光露臉溫度就會上去。陳建安表示，周二開始鋒面真正通過台灣，一早由北往南逐漸掃過，全台各地都要留意陣雨跟雷雨，有局部大雨機率，西半部比東半部更高一些。到了周三，降超實用網友開箱介紹雨由北往南逐漸和緩，中部以北開始穩定，吹東北風，會感受到涼意。不過，陳建安說，周二、周三溫度會下降，北台灣更明顯，高溫降幅約7度，中部和東部4度左右，南部則是降3度。北部高溫來到25度、中部28到29度、南部29到30度、東部27到28度2018熱銷商品搶先看；低溫方面北台灣20度左右、中部22度、南部23度、宜蘭20度、花蓮和台東22到23度。陳建安表示，周四、周五鋒面漸遠離，台灣風場又轉回偏南風，天氣開始穩定，山區一有午後雷陣雨，高溫各地30度上最新出版人氣商品下。到了周六又有新一波鋒面，大氣環境轉為不穩定，雲量變多，午後雷陣雨機率好康活動特賣會變高，不過詳細降雨情形還要觀察。中央氣象局說，民眾要把握今天最後一天穩定天氣，周一開始天氣轉變，鋒面逐漸接近台灣。本報資料照片分享 facebook
